Guest ordering from their phones
When your team is stretched, guests can order for themselves: they scan the QR code on their table, browse your menu and send their order straight to the kitchen and bar. Every order lands on the right table, so service keeps moving at your busiest times.

Cash with change, your own card machine, online card (Stripe) and PayPal into your own accounts; printable receipts and VAT tax invoices with your TRN.

Recipe costing, automatic stock deduction, low-stock alerts, supplier intake with invoice photos, daily counts with variances.

Live P&L, food cost %, best and worst sellers, staff sales, cash-up and a PDF report emailed to owners at 7:00 AM.

Questions
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. It runs on the tablets, phones and computers you already own. Install it on the home screen like an app.
What happens after the 7-day demo?
Choose a plan to keep using your menu and data. If you don't, the account pauses: nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. Subscribe any time and everything comes straight back.
Can I take card payments?
Yes. Customers pay by card on your own card machine, and staff close the bill as "Card (machine)". Online card payments (Stripe) and PayPal go straight to your own accounts.
Is there a contract?
Device licences are monthly. The yearly platform fee is AED 1,000, waived in year one for the first 25 venues. Prices exclude VAT.
Does it keep working if the WiFi drops?
Yes, on devices where GrandTable POS is installed. Staff keep taking orders, the kitchen and bar screens keep showing them, and cash payments are saved on the device. Card and PayPal payments need internet.
Is my data backed up, and can I export it?
Your data is stored in a backed-up cloud database. You can download sales, menu items and stock counts in Excel and PDF at any time.
Is there an Arabic version?
Not yet. Arabic is coming in 2027.
Can you move my menu from another POS?
There is no direct import from other POS systems yet. Send us your menu and we'll set it up for you with a set-up package.
