GrandtablePOS is part of GrandTable Group, Motor City, Dubai, UAE. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English.
When you spin the wheel we collect your name, your restaurant, café or bar and your WhatsApp number, with your consent (the tick box). We also store your prize, your code, the time of the spin and your internet address, which we use to stop repeat or automated spins.
We use these details only to check your code, contact you on WhatsApp about your prize, set up your GrandtablePOS prize, and tell you about related GrandtablePOS offers. We don't sell or share them with anyone else.
Only the GrandtablePOS team can see the list of spins. We keep it for as long as we need it to deliver prizes and offers, and delete it on request.
If you create a GrandtablePOS account, we store the details you enter (such as your name, email, restaurant name, menu, staff, orders and reports) so the POS can work, and we send you the account and report emails you choose in Settings.
Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal; we don't store full card numbers.
