The POS costs AED 75 per device a month, plus an AED 1,000 platform fee a year (waived in year one for the first 25 venues). Prices exclude 5% VAT. Monthly licences renew automatically until you cancel. Set-up packages are one-off and charged when booked.
New accounts get a 7-day demo. After 7 days the account pauses until you choose a plan; your data is kept.
You can cancel any time in Settings; your plan runs to the end of the period already paid. Paid periods and the yearly fee are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Your menus, staff records, orders and reports belong to you. You can export them at any time and ask us to delete your account. We process them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Keep logins private, give staff only the access they need, and check that prices, VAT and tax invoices are correct for your business. Card and PayPal payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal under their own terms.
We work to keep the service available and support you by email at hello@marginandcouae.com and WhatsApp. Offline cash mode keeps the till working during internet outages.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
